Data-Driven Finance
Interim CFO Mission During Market Crisis
Following a major downturn in the market, a former employer—where I previously served as COO—entrusted me with a 6-month interim CFO mission to support the company's financial decision-making during a critical phase.
The mission involved the full ETL and modeling of 3 years of sales and banking data, consolidating sources from Google Sheets and banking platforms into Power BI. I led a deep data cleansing and transformation process to address duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data, and built a unified financial model for reporting and analysis.
Key contributions included:
In-depth performance analysis of contract acquisition and deal execution
Assessment of contract quality, revenue reliability, and profitability
Review of fixed and variable costs and proposal of targeted budget cuts
Development of interactive dashboards and scenario-based financial simulations for executive decision-making
Strategic recommendations for commercial repositioning based on data-driven insights
Direct involvement in management meetings, and negotiation of temporary financial efforts with administrative staff
This project combined data engineering, financial analysis, and strategic consulting, providing the leadership team with the clarity and tools needed to navigate a difficult period with agility and foresight.
Sales Pipeline & analysis
For a real estate agency, I designed and implemented a fully integrated sales management system, built entirely in Google Sheets with Apps Script. (client request)
The project began with the planning and architecture of data tables, ensuring scalability and smooth interactions between modules: mandates, sales pipeline, contacts, financials, and legal documents. From there, I developed a cohesive system covering the entire sales journey—from property listing to final closing.
Key features include:
Centralized document management and automated PDF generation (quotes, invoices) sent to multiple recipients
Real-time pipeline tracking with an integrated agenda for deadlines and meetings
A performance dashboard with insights at every sales stage and consolidated revenue tracking
Automated royalty declarations, commission allocation, and payment slips generation
Structured data exports feeding into the financial control module
This modular system offers end-to-end visibility and operational efficiency while supporting collaboration across the organization. It’s a solid example of applied data engineering, automation, and process redesign, transforming fragmented operations into a unified, intelligent workflow.
Team Performance
Sales Analytics Module
As part of an existing Google Sheets-based sales tracking system, I designed and developed a dedicated BI module focused on sales agent performance, fully built with Apps Script. The module automates the extraction and consolidation of agent-specific data across multiple sales records, enabling comprehensive performance analysis at both individual and team levels.
Key features include:
Calculation and visualization of 15 performance metrics such as revenue, contract volume, deal success rate, collaboration indicators, contract quality, agent profiles (hunter vs. closer), and property type specialization
Dynamic ranking dashboards for the sales leadership team
Individual performance reports auto-generated for each agent
A centralized dashboard for the commercial director, providing actionable insights to support coaching, recognition, and strategic decisions
This tool elevated internal visibility and helped the sales leadership monitor, support, and optimize performance across a diverse international team.
Geo-Analytics Dashboard
For a regional solar energy company, I designed and implemented a geospatial business intelligence module to support the sales team and provide the commercial director with actionable insights.
Using data from Google Sheets, Google Drive, and the Maps API, the system visualizes prospects and closed deals on an interactive Google Map, with pins linked to summary cards displaying lead status, agent in charge, and sales stage. Each card connects directly to a Drive folder containing all supporting documents and legal files.
To support performance monitoring and strategic follow-up, I created a dedicated dashboard for the sales director, including:
Individual map views by agent, showing their territory, activity, and pipeline
Aggregated views of team-wide KPIs, filtered by region, agent, or sales stage
Integration with Python and Apps Script for data cleaning, geocoding, and automation
Real-time sync between spreadsheet entries, document storage, and map-based visualization
The solution brought clarity and spatial intelligence to a previously fragmented process, helping the leadership team evaluate coverage, track progress, and support agents more effectively.

I am proud to be actively managing and developing a unique project for French Polynesia Sotheby's Realty, a platform dedicated to the sale of luxury and ultra-luxury waterfront properties in some of the world’s most exclusive destinations. From charming villas in Portugal to exquisite estates in Switzerland and exceptional homes in Bora Bora, the site offers a curated selection of premium properties, all located by the sea or lake.
This project required a unique combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational management, resulting in a platform that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity synonymous with the Sotheby's Realty brand.
Notably, the brand's main website, originally launched in 2019, underwent a complete overhaul inspired by the site developed for this project, adopting its unique vibe and advanced functionalities.

- Concept Development: Collaborating closely with the CEO to continually refine and expand the platform’s vision.
- Franchise Approval: Successfully managed the approval process with the New York-based international marketing division of Sotheby's, ensuring alignment with the brand's global standards. (6 months process)
- Partnership Coordination: Maintaining strong relationships with international partners to secure a continuous flow of high-value properties.
- Referral Agreements: Managing international referral contracts to secure the leads and sales.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
